Deep in the heart of every individual — at the core of every man — is that thing which makes him tick. Nothing is more important than what is at your core. Your core determines whether you remain strong during times of great testing and persecution. The outcome of your life and the quality of your fruit stems from your core. Core beliefs and convictions are the central most important things that determine the viability, longevity and strength of an individual, church or movement.

At The Rock, there is a core set of beliefs that has led us, shaped us, and kept us going strong. Like a beacon of light shining through the darkness of this world, this core guides and directs us to the fulfillment of the calling God has placed on our lives and our church.

For the next seven months we’ll take a look at these eight core beliefs that have stirred our church since its beginning and have been an inspiration to thousands of people to live their lives for the glory of God. Join us as we unite together to fulfill the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ.
