PASTORS
Bill YoungFollowing successful campus ministries in his home state of Iowa, Bill received a degree in engineering and went on to plant churches in Colorado and Utah. He has a burning passion to reach people for Jesus Christ and has been a leader with Great Commission Association of Churches for over 20 years, becoming a full-time pastor in 1992. He adores his wonderful wife Mary and their four boys, loves sports and woodworking, and can down large quantities of lobster.

Steve McInroySteve (usually called Mac) had been a successful electrician for many years when Christ got a hold of him. His life, marriage and family were literally turned around, and they followed the Youngs from Colorado to Utah to help start The Rock Church where he would eventually become one of the pastors. Mac firmly believes that every single aspect of life is "all for the Kingdom" and he faithfully lives that out each day with his wife Jeanne and their three children.

Steele CroswhiteSteele is consumed by Jesus Christ, his wife Kimberly, and rock and roll. His passion is sharing a relevant God with a broken world, evidenced by his overwhelming desire to reach the lost through any means imaginable. He believes he has been put on this earth to touch the world for Jesus Christ through music, and to be a part of the best band in the world known for loving Christ. He also loves coffee — and I mean, LOVES coffee!

Josh WhitneyJosh is a bivocational pastor, which means that he's actually an engineer by profession and then volunteers a whole bunch of time to The Rock — for which we're very thankful! Raised in Colorado, he gravitated further west after graduating from Colorado State University and marrying his college sweetheart, Krista. And if he still doesn't seem busy enough, he also finds time to be a great dad to three children under the age of five.

Michael Anderson Although Michael's educational pursuits resulted in degrees in speech and communication, the Lord placed him in church and missions administration, leading him from Chicago to Utah. After so many years in so many churches, Michael knows The Rock is one of a kind and feels SO privileged to be a part of it. He wakes up every day astounded that he gets to be married to his wife Vickie and a father to their two boys. Oh yeah, and he loves to eat — anything!

Tony D'AmicoAfter a few years of successful retail management, Tony decided to get serious about marketing Jesus instead of earthly products. He is very gifted in his work and knows way more than he should for someone his age. Tony has an awesome servant's heart and loves his wife Shannon. He's the guy with the hair (you'll understand when you meet him), and in the world of Pepsi Pete™ vs. Coca-Cola Classic™, Tony knows who REALLY wins (you can't always trust statistics)!

Phil Hahn Phil is a former school teacher who has an amazing love for children, including all five of his own. In addition to having a real knack with kids, he also knows how to fix just about anything. So it makes perfect sense that he splits his time between heading up our children's ministries and overseeing the buildings/grounds for all our locations, while his faithful wife Linda can almost always be seen serving right alongside him. He's also quite fond of his chickens!

Lisa Morrison Born and raised in Utah, Lisa is a dedicated servant whose duties at The Rock are quite diverse, from various clerical responsibilities to any number of strange tasks (such as cleaning out the scary refrigerator). She is currently in school working on a degree in business, and she absolutely can NOT live without music — from children's Bible story rhymes to Broadway show tunes to heavy metal, and everything in between. How's that for a well-rounded iPod?
