We are excited that the steel has been delivered to the land and it will go up this week! This will add great visual to the project, most of the work that has been done has been on the ground. Now you will see the building start to take shape.The steel construction crew will be on the land all this week, and our Appreciation Team will be there to serve them. As per a previous employer of the same crew, they were able to provide him with excellent steel framed buildings which helped him set up his business. Because the graffiti party was cancelled, you are welcome to go sign the steel girders when the construction workers are on-site, and the steel to be signed is set aside, by the work trailer.
Please take some time and pray for these things for the construction:
- Safety for the workers
- Finances for the church
- Good weather for construction
- That the steel workers can come to know Christ
We also have a special need on Saturday April 12. We need twelve men that can spread gravel. Underneath the concrete slab of the church, we need to spread gravel 4″ thick. We need the volunteers to be there all day to do this! Please sign up on the volunteer list at church if you would like to help, or contact Tony Rehmer.
