The Rock Cares and we want the world to know it.
The Rock Cares includes all of the compassion and outreach ministries in our church. We believe (that in many ways) these ministries are the hands and feet of what we do here at The Rock Church. We want to do our best to connect our hands and feet to the greater body of Christ (not only in our own church but throughout the world).
So many of our Rock family are already involved in what we’re doing with compassion and outreach ministries — we want to continue to support them and give others a chance to get involved, too! The Rock Cares also includes our Mission Initiatives both locally and abroad. Check out our website page (www.trc.life/cares) to see both our ministries as well as our Care Coordinators (our point people for each ministry). Most of our Care Coordinators are members of The Rock Church and have been involved in these ministries for years. We partner with these ministries through prayer, volunteering, and sometimes providing financial support.
We will do our best to provide equal promotional opportunities throughout the year to communicate the various needs and opportunities of these ministries to the greater body of Christ (with social media and stage announcements). Please contact Steve McInroy with any questions.
