Hey everyone, we made it to Milan! I wanted to give you a quick update on what’s been happening the last few days since our last update.
We finished up our time in Arco with the Testas. It was an amazing time. The final day there we went out to this beautiful lake in Arco. We busked and played some music in a town square and got into conversations with people as they walked by. We had some great interactions. A few people had some wonderful conversations, pointing people to Jesus and sharing the truth of God’s love.
That night we had a concert in a co-working space. We had some people from around the town, some friends of the Testas, and some other Christians show up. And what started as a concert quickly turned into just a worship night. We kind of changed things on the fly, changed our set list, and it just turned into a great night of worship with believers. But also, there were unbelievers there getting to see us worship Jesus. That was an awesome night!
Travel to Milano
The next day, we left Arco. We traveled by train, by car, and by bus, and we made it all the way to Milano, where the Olympics are happening. And we are now here with Justin and Amanda, and of course, Frank and Pam Apisa. It is such a sweet time.
We got in after a long travel day, and we went out to dinner. Then, today was our first real day in Milano. We got to go to the Duomo. We did some busking again. Some of us got to play some music and get into conversations. And then some of us, actually, ran into a little bit of trouble, and we were asked to stop playing.
Prayer Requests
We would love your prayers. For a few things, if you would pray for us.
Pray that we won’t get stopped as we’re playing music and trying to get in conversations, that the police will just go by and not stop us, and we’ll be able to just kind of draw people in with the music.
We would love for you to pray for a few of us who are getting sick. You can pray that they get better and that pray that others don’t get sick over the next few days.
Pray for our protection and our encouragement.
We appreciate your prayers and your love and your support. And we’ll give you another update soon. Thanks guys. God bless you.
Ciao!
Caleb
