Do You Do Well To Be Angry?

Jonah: West

In Jonah, Chapter four, Jonah responds in anger to God's mercy on the city of Nineveh. God then responds to Jonah with a lesson that only an all-powerful God could give. God asks Jonah, "Do you do well to be angry?" This is an important question for us to ask ourselves when we feel like our anger is justified.

From Series: "Jonah: West"

In this classic, Old Testament story, we are introduced to Jonah as a reluctant prophet. God called him to go preach to an evil city, but he refused and ran in the opposite direction. Ultimately, God’s purposes prevailed through a storm and a big fish and Jonah got back on course! God not only saved Jonah, He also had amazing mercy on the entire city of Nineveh. Join us for this powerful and relevant study through the Book of Jonah!
