To This, You Were Called (1 Peter 3:8-12)

In Part Ten, Peter points Christians to the calling for their life — to bless others. After instructing them about very specific relationships, Peter turns his attention to all Believers. Peter calls every Christian to walk out five, life-changing character qualities within the Church. We also learn how we can "love life" in any circumstance.

What a year it’s been! Will things get better? Is there any hope they could? It’s easy for us to believe that things will simply get better than they have been. However, the Word of God teaches us that hope is only found in one source — in Jesus. First Peter teaches us to set our hope fully on the grace of God. Through Jesus Christ we have living hope of an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading. Realistic hope that will transform the way we live.
