The word redemption means to buy out or to purchase back, specifically in reference to the purchase of a slave’s freedom. Jesus paid the price to redeem us. This resulted in our freedom from slavery to sin and our rescue from the eternal consequences of that sin. In this message we’ll look at three reasons why understanding redemption can radically change our lives.
